Patient Stories

Carol Blum has struggled with back issues for a long time, so when she slipped and fell on some leaves this fall, she was worried. “As the day went on, I was starting to hurt more and more and I thought, I better go over to Urgent Care,” remembers Carol.

She’s glad she did. Carol says checking in at Grand View Urgent Care – Kulpsville was quick and easy and she was seen by a doctor with little wait. After a thorough exam, Dr. Gregory Singer recommended Carol have an x-ray done of her back to make sure the fall hadn’t caused any serious damage. The x-ray was done right there in Urgent Care and Carol was glad to have the peace of mind that she hadn’t broken anything. Dr. Singer gave her an anti-inflammatory and sent her home, happy and relieved.

“Everybody is so great at Grand View Urgent Care. From the technician when you walk in, to the nurses, to the doctor, they are all just so personable. They make you feel like they really care about you,” says Carol.
