  • Photo identification and proof of insurance
  • List of allergies, medications, past surgeries or medical conditions

Your Treatment

  • Patients with upper respiratory infection symptoms including coughing or sneezing, will be asked to wear a mask to protect staff and other patients.

A member of our clinical team will escort you to an exam room to review your forms, take vital signs and discuss your reason for visiting. They may start any diagnostic tests needed such as X-rays, EKGs, or blood and urine tests. A provider will examine you, explain any test results and answer your questions or concerns. A diagnosis, treatment plan and any further instructions will be explained.

Medication

If medication is required you will be supplied with a prescription to fill at the pharmacy of your choice. Certain prescriptions will be available for purchase upon checkout.
